Each whiteboard will be saved as a PNG file if there are multiple whiteboards. To change the file format, click the downward arrow next to Save and select one of the following:.Note: Viewers can only choose this option if the host has allowed others to save. They should be saved to the local recording location. Save: Shared whiteboards and screens should be saved as PNGs or PDFs.Redo: Undo the last annotation you made.Undo: Remove the last annotation you made.Format: Formatting options for annotation tools such as color, line width, and font can be changed.Eraser: To erase portions of the annotation, click and drag.Vanishing Pen (only available if you started the shared screen or whiteboard): Presenters can annotate on the whiteboard or shared screen without erasing or undoing their last addition, since the annotation will fade away after a few seconds.If you’d like to share this image with your students, you can upload it to your Canvas course files, then insert a link to the file within a Page, Announcement, or anywhere else where you can use the Rich Content Editor in your Canvas course. The image will save in the “ Zoom” folder within your computer’s Documents folder. If you wish to download a copy of your whiteboard as an image, click the “ Save” button on the annotation toolbar.On the menu that appears, you can choose to “ Disable/Enable Attendee Annotations,” and to “ Show/Hide Names of Annotators.”.To allow or disable participants to annotate the whiteboard, hover towards the top of the screen until your Zoom menu appears. ![]() Use the annotation tools to type, draw, and highlight content on the whiteboard.
